The car seat Serengeti I-size 40-150cm is suitable from 0 months + up to approximately 12 years.
Technical Specifications:
Precisely, smoothly, easily rotating 360 degrees of the seat;
4 positions for adjusting the recline of the backrest, allowing your child to feel comfortable during travel - regardless of the seat's positioning - in a forward-facing or rear-facing position; 
13 positions for adjusting the height of the headrest, depending on your child's needs and age - from newborn to approximately 12 years old;
Additional newborn insert from 40 - 60 cm, with memory foam for the head and back. Helps absorb the force of any impact and offers excellent comfort during movement. The insert is adjustable in length in two sizes;
ISOFIX system + Top Tether - quick and easy, secure installation with indicators for correct installation, for better security;
5-point safety harness with color indicators: when the harness is unfastened - indicator in red, when properly fastened - indicator in green;
Soft protectors with anti-slip covering on the shoulders;
SPS - Optimal protection in the event of a side impact;
Wide and comfortable seat;

RWF Installation 40-105 cm: Mandatory “BACK“ direction facing rearward with airbags deactivated; Recommended age for installing the seat in the rear-facing direction is up to 15 months old;
Installed using ISOFIX system + Top Tether; 5-point safety harness.

FWF Installation 76-105 cm: The seat is installed “FORWARD“ facing in the direction of travel; Installed using ISOFIX system + Top Tether; 5-point safety harness.

FWF Installation 100-150 cm: The seat is installed “FORWARD“ facing in the direction of travel, using ISOFIX without Top Tether. The vehicle seat belt is used to secure the child.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

1. SCOPE

We deliver throughout Switzerland.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

For our delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein you pay a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 (Economy).
There are no shipping costs for orders made using vouchers alone or for orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.00.
However, heavy and bulky packages over 10 kg will be charged a shipping fee of CHF 19.00.

Shipping costs are a mix of all package sizes up to 30 kg. Depending on the size of the item, the appropriate cardboard packaging and the necessary postage are used. The amount charged consists of the actual postage costs, packaging, shipping materials, picking, and mailing.

3. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS After your order has been confirmed, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided in a single parcel. The usual delivery time for Economy orders is 3-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return products to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website and submit a return request.

Conditions for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition
  • All labels and packaging must be intact and complete

The following items are excluded from exchange or return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products with missing labels or damaged packaging
  • Care products, breastfeeding and feeding items and pacifiers, provided the original packaging has been opened
  • Products from the SALE category

To exchange an item, please reorder it in the shop.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are not refundable for returns or exchanges
