The pacifier pack is a twin pack of pacifiers with round latex or silicone teats, available in sizes Newborn and +3 months. The muted colors and button-and-ring design give them a retro-inspired look that's easy to fall in love with. The shield is slightly curved outward and features three ventilation holes to allow air circulation. Designed to protect the delicate skin around your baby's mouth from irritation. Completely free from harmful substances such as BPA, phthalates, and PVC. Tested and approved according to the European safety standard DIN EN 1400. Easy to clean and sterilize in boiling water. Full instructions for use are included. All pacifiers have a matching pacifier holder in the Elodie range to complete the look and ensure the pacifier is always clean and within easy reach.

Safety-tested pacifiers
Tested and approved according to the European safety standard BS EN 1400: 2013+A1:2014.
Before using the pacifier for the first time, it should be sterilized. Place the pacifier in boiling water and let it boil, covered, for 5 minutes. Then let it cool for 30 minutes before squeezing the water out of the teat. We do not recommend using microwave sterilizers. Do not pull or use the pacifier within 30 minutes of sterilization.
The pacifier should be cleaned before each use. We recommend washing it in lukewarm, running water. Do not use detergent to clean the pacifier. Always inspect the pacifier before each use. Pull the teat in all directions and discard it immediately if any signs of deterioration are noticed. Regardless of its appearance or deterioration, we strongly recommend replacing the pacifier after one month of use.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
1. SCOPE
We deliver throughout Switzerland.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
For our delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein you pay a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 (Economy).
There are no shipping costs for orders made using vouchers alone or for orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.00.
However, heavy and bulky packages over 10 kg will be charged a shipping fee of CHF 19.00.
Shipping costs are a mix of all package sizes up to 30 kg. Depending on the size of the item, the appropriate cardboard packaging and the necessary postage are used. The amount charged consists of the actual postage costs, packaging, shipping materials, picking, and mailing.
3. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS After your order has been confirmed, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided in a single parcel. The usual delivery time for Economy orders is 3-5 business days.

You can return products to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website and submit a return request.
Conditions for return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition
- All labels and packaging must be intact and complete
The following items are excluded from exchange or return:
- Used or damaged products
- Products with missing labels or damaged packaging
- Care products, breastfeeding and feeding items and pacifiers, provided the original packaging has been opened
- Products from the SALE category
To exchange an item, please reorder it in the shop.
Refunds
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
- Shipping costs are not refundable for returns or exchanges
