Crafted with care for your little one, this bamboo and polyfiber filled comforter offers a luxuriously soft and gentle surface to snuggle up in.

Thanks to the natural properties of bamboo and organic cotton used to make the duvet, the design offers maximum breathability and comfort. At the same time, the polyfibers make the duvet exceptionally durable and able to withstand everything from years of snuggles to building a play den, ensuring long-lasting comfort for your little one.

Bamboo is a great material for our pillows and duvets, not only because of its properties, but also because it's a material that's environmentally friendly. The fibers derived from the bamboo plant require little water and no pesticides to grow efficiently, and they don't need to be deforested to harvest.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

1. SCOPE

We deliver throughout Switzerland.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

For our delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein you pay a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 (Economy).
There are no shipping costs for orders made using vouchers alone or for orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.00.
However, heavy and bulky packages over 10 kg will be charged a shipping fee of CHF 19.00.

Shipping costs are a mix of all package sizes up to 30 kg. Depending on the size of the item, the appropriate cardboard packaging and the necessary postage are used. The amount charged consists of the actual postage costs, packaging, shipping materials, picking, and mailing.

3. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS After your order has been confirmed, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided in a single parcel. The usual delivery time for Economy orders is 3-5 business days.

Returns & Complaints

Returns & Exchanges

You can return products to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website and submit a return request.

Conditions for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition
  • All labels and packaging must be intact and complete

The following items are excluded from exchange or return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products with missing labels or damaged packaging
  • Care products, breastfeeding and feeding items and pacifiers, provided the original packaging has been opened
  • Products from the SALE category

To exchange an item, please reorder it in the shop.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are not refundable for returns or exchanges
