The Clarissa baby swing impresses with its stylish and simple design and fits into any interior. Five swing speeds are available. The swing features a built-in motion sensor that automatically activates the swing as soon as your child moves. The Bluetooth function allows you to play music of your choice if you don't want to use the 10 available melodies. The swing only works with a 5 m long adapter (included in the set). It is controlled via the mechanism's touch panel or remote control. An optional timer with 8, 15, or 30 minutes is available. After selecting one of these options, the swing stops after the set time. The 5-point safety harness ensures your child's safety. The product features a canopy with a mosquito net and two plush toys. A soft pillow is included for baby comfort. The cover is easily removed for washing. The product can be quickly and easily disassembled by an adult in one easy step. Furthermore, its extremely lightweight construction makes it easy to move from room to room or take with you on trips.

We deliver throughout Switzerland.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

For our delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein you pay a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 (Economy).
There are no shipping costs for orders made using vouchers alone or for orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.00.
However, heavy and bulky packages over 10 kg will be charged a shipping fee of CHF 19.00.

Shipping costs are a mix of all package sizes up to 30 kg. Depending on the size of the item, the appropriate cardboard packaging and the necessary postage are used. The amount charged consists of the actual postage costs, packaging, shipping materials, picking, and mailing.

3. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS After your order has been confirmed, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided in a single parcel. The usual delivery time for Economy orders is 3-5 business days.

Returns & Complaints

Returns & Exchanges

You can return products to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website and submit a return request.

Conditions for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition
  • All labels and packaging must be intact and complete

The following items are excluded from exchange or return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products with missing labels or damaged packaging
  • Care products, breastfeeding and feeding items and pacifiers, provided the original packaging has been opened
  • Products from the SALE category

To exchange an item, please reorder it in the shop.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are not refundable for returns or exchanges
