Our high-quality pacifier clips play a key role in keeping your baby's pacifier clean, off the floor, and free from loss. These specially designed nickel-free pacifier clips are made of durable stainless steel and feature our fine logo details. Cute or trendy, casual or elegant—we offer a wide range of pacifier clip designs so you can match them to your style. To complete the look, you can pair the pacifier clip with a matching pacifier.

We do not recommend washing our pacifier clips in the washing machine or dishwasher, as the clip can become jammed in the washing machine. Wipe the clip with a cloth and a little soap, or wash it in warm water with a mild detergent. Always dry the clip if it gets wet. It can start to rust if it comes into contact with liquids or moisture for extended periods.
The metal clip is designed to attach only to regular fabric and not to thicker materials like those found on a stroller or crib. The clip locking mechanism will wear out and eventually break if the material is too thick.
Never attach the clip to ribbons, cords, or other loose clothing. If you notice any wear on the pacifier clip, discard it immediately for safety reasons.
The black mounting rings are made of rubber, while those in other colors are made of silicone.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

1. SCOPE

We deliver throughout Switzerland.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

For our delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein you pay a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 (Economy).
There are no shipping costs for orders made using vouchers alone or for orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.00.
However, heavy and bulky packages over 10 kg will be charged a shipping fee of CHF 19.00.

Shipping costs are a mix of all package sizes up to 30 kg. Depending on the size of the item, the appropriate cardboard packaging and the necessary postage are used. The amount charged consists of the actual postage costs, packaging, shipping materials, picking, and mailing.

3. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS After your order has been confirmed, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided in a single parcel. The usual delivery time for Economy orders is 3-5 business days.

Returns & Complaints

Returns & Exchanges

You can return products to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website and submit a return request.

Conditions for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition
  • All labels and packaging must be intact and complete

The following items are excluded from exchange or return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products with missing labels or damaged packaging
  • Care products, breastfeeding and feeding items and pacifiers, provided the original packaging has been opened
  • Products from the SALE category

To exchange an item, please reorder it in the shop.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are not refundable for returns or exchanges
