Elodie Details' baby bibs have become a favorite for many parents around the world. With their Oeko-Tex certified, quick-drying material, soft fit, and attention to detail, it's no wonder. Rinse or wipe it down after each use, and it dries in minutes, ready to use again. Its wide fit covers both the shoulders and chest, and the flexible front pocket catches all crumbs and spills, reducing the need for mopping. Large, soft velcro closure at the neck. Environmentally friendly and feature-packed, but most importantly, your little one will look great even when making a mess in the kitchen.

To maintain optimal quality, wipe the bib clean after each use to remove any grease or other stains. For more stubborn stains, the bib can be machine washed at 40 degrees. Always hang the bib to dry.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

1. SCOPE

We deliver throughout Switzerland.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

For our delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein you pay a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 (Economy).
There are no shipping costs for orders made using vouchers alone or for orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.00.
However, heavy and bulky packages over 10 kg will be charged a shipping fee of CHF 19.00.

Shipping costs are a mix of all package sizes up to 30 kg. Depending on the size of the item, the appropriate cardboard packaging and the necessary postage are used. The amount charged consists of the actual postage costs, packaging, shipping materials, picking, and mailing.

3. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS After your order has been confirmed, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided in a single parcel. The usual delivery time for Economy orders is 3-5 business days.

Returns & Complaints

Returns & Exchanges

You can return products to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website and submit a return request.

Conditions for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition
  • All labels and packaging must be intact and complete

The following items are excluded from exchange or return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products with missing labels or damaged packaging
  • Care products, breastfeeding and feeding items and pacifiers, provided the original packaging has been opened
  • Products from the SALE category

To exchange an item, please reorder it in the shop.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are not refundable for returns or exchanges
