The Stokke® Nomi® Newborn Set is designed to provide your baby with a soft and cozy place in the middle of the family. The raised seat height is ideal for "talking," playing, and bonding with your baby. The Stokke® Nomi® chair with the Newborn Set is easy to move around the house. Wherever you need an extra pair of hands, it adjusts seamlessly between a nearly horizontal and more upright position to meet your baby's changing needs. It gently responds to your baby's natural movement while keeping your baby's head stable .

  • The Newborn Set should be used in a horizontal position for the first 8-10 weeks after birth.
  • Once your baby has grown a bit, you can begin to adjust to a more upright position. This ensures even better connection at the family table.
  • Can be used from birth until your child can sit independently.
  • Please note that a few short periods in the ° Stokke® Nomi® Newborn Set ° are better for your baby than one longer period.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

1. SCOPE

We deliver throughout Switzerland.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

For our delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein you pay a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 (Economy).
There are no shipping costs for orders made using vouchers alone or for orders with a goods value of over CHF 100.00.
However, heavy and bulky packages over 10 kg will be charged a shipping fee of CHF 19.00.

Shipping costs are a mix of all package sizes up to 30 kg. Depending on the size of the item, the appropriate cardboard packaging and the necessary postage are used. The amount charged consists of the actual postage costs, packaging, shipping materials, picking, and mailing.

3. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS After your order has been confirmed, we will send the ordered items to the delivery address you provided in a single parcel. The usual delivery time for Economy orders is 3-5 business days.

Returns & Complaints

Returns & Exchanges

You can return products to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website and submit a return request.

Conditions for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition
  • All labels and packaging must be intact and complete

The following items are excluded from exchange or return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products with missing labels or damaged packaging
  • Care products, breastfeeding and feeding items and pacifiers, provided the original packaging has been opened
  • Products from the SALE category

To exchange an item, please reorder it in the shop.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are not refundable for returns or exchanges
